Tiwa Savage and Tee Billz are expected to set to divorce

There are strong indications that Tiwa Savage and husband, Tee Billz, may be considering a final solution to their troubled marriage. Information gathered by R revealed that Tiwa and Tee Billz, who were said to have made up after their public outbursts that led to their temporary separation some months back, may soon file for divorce. An insider, who informed R, suggested that the former lovebirds had not been able to finally bury their differences, and were looking for ways to end their troubled union, with divorce being one of the options being before them.
It will be recalled that Tee Billz reportedly ignored Tiwa on her birthday as he failed to felicitate with her on any of his social media platforms weeks back, a development that many believed was an indication that all may not be well with their union. My Tiwa Savage testimony Tee Billz, who R gathered had relocated to the US, has not been active on any of his social media handles since October last year, while Tiwa has been sharing pictures of herself and son, Jamal consistently on her instagram account without any recourse to the father. It remains to be seen what would play out between them in the next few weeks, as they have both decided to keep mute on the matter.

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE TALKES ABOUT HIS PRINCE TRIBUTE AT SUPER BOWL LII

Timberlake opened up to Jimmy Fallon on Sunday’s live episode of The Tonight Show about the reason why he decided to pay tribute to Prince in his hometown Minneapolis during his Super Bowl halftime show. “It’s a moment for me, if I’m being quite honest, because he’s always been the pinnacle of musicianship for me,” Timberlake said. “And when we decided that [we were going to do a tribute], like the serendipity and the synergy that we would be Minneapolis, and that he’s such a special thing here aside from what he is all over the world.” “I just felt like I wanted to do something for this city and something for him that would just be the ultimate homage to what I consider the G.O.A.T. of musicians,” the 37-year-old singer continued. During his 13-minute performance, Timberlake made his way over to a grand piano and sang a virtual duet with Prince on the late singer’s 1984 song “I Would Die 4 U.” The cameras zoomed out of U.S. Bank Stadium where the entire downtown area lit up in purple, Prince’s iconic “Love Symbol.” The “SexyBack” singer confessed that he was nervous performing a virtual duet with Prince, but the approval of one artist is sufficient to make his idea a reality. “And, also, I’m not going to lie to you guys, because Questlove is the encyclopedia on music — I feel like a gatekeeper on Prince. [If] I got the thumbs’ up from Quest, I’m good,” he said.

Timberlake said how the original recordings of Prince’s performances lined up to make the show possible. “You have to understand, we got the actual vocal stems from ‘I Would Die 4 U’ – the actual recording – and then we got the uncut version of it and ‘Purple Rain’ and some way by the grace of Prince looking down on us, it synced up,” Timberlake shared. “It was like this crazy, serendipitous moment. I wanted to use that opportunity to do something special for this city but also my favorite musician of all time.” On Sunday night, the official Twitter page of NFL posted a time-lapse video of staff setting up the stage for the halftime show and Timberlake’s entire performance.

EPL: How I cheated death – Chelsea manager, Conte

Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte said he narrowly escaped death while having lunch. The Italian said it was a narrow escape for him when winds blew a glass table top off a roof terrace onto his car parked at the club’s training base in Cobham, Southwest London. The former Juventus manager, however, expressed relief that nobody was hurt in the incident. Conte told reporters, “It was an accident, an incredible accident. “I was having my lunch when this happened. The wind brought a big (piece of) glass on my car. “If in that moment there is a person very close to my car, I don’t know what (might have) happened.” The former Italy national team coach laughed off the incident, saying the damage to his modest car was, “the last thing” on his mind.

Jose Mourinho has called for the end of his feud with Chelsea manager Antonio Conte.

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho claims he now regards his bitter feud with Chelsea counterpart Antonio Conte with “contempt”.

The two Premier League bosses have traded barbs since the new year after Mourinho’s comment he did not feel the need to behave like “a clown” during games touched a nerve with Conte. That sparked an extraordinary war of words between the pair, where Conte accused Mourinho of having “demenza senile”, which directly translates as senile dementia, prompting the United boss to hit back by appearing to allude to a four-month suspension Conte served in relation to match-fixing. Conte, who was later cleared of any wrongdoing on that front, responded by accusing Mourinho of being “fake” and “a little man”. On Friday, Mourinho conducted his first press conference since one of his Chelsea successor’s latest remarks. “I think when a person insults another, you can expect a response or you can expect contempt, silence,” Mourinho said. “The first time he insulted me I had a response, a response that I know that touched the point where he really feels hurt. “Then he insulted me for a second time, but now I change, and now (there is) contempt and for me, contempt means end of the story.”

Good Sex More Valuable Than Money - Afro-Pop Singer, Soti

Placing ultimate value on money, riches and wealth as criteria for marriage is no longer frowned at the world over. No wonder young ladies of marriageable age now look out for rich suitors, either young or old to settle now down with in marriage, irrespective of how he must have come about his wealth. Overtime, many of such ladies later wake up to the bitter but late reality of their hasty and materialistic decision, wishing they had put the horse before the cart rather than the other way round.
Such is not the case with delectable afro-pop singer, Sotonye Jane Pepple, otherwise known by her stage name 'Soti'. The budding singer who is signed to Effizzy Music just like self styled 'Mama Africa', Yemi Alade, strongly believes that in any marriage, good sex should have the upper hand over money, because without it ultimate happiness and marriage fulfilment would be a mirage. In a one on one with Potpourri, she explained why she strongly believes sex is of more value than money in marriage. "In marriage, sex is very important because it is one of the key factors to a genuinely happy married life and it is also important for procreation too. So, I would pick sex over money", she mused. Gospel music not for money – Frank Edwards

Popular gospel singer, Frank Edwards says being a gospel singer is not for money but for preaching the gospel. Speaking with Punch, the singer warned those interested in making money not go into gospel music, adding that they might be disappointed.
According to him, gospel music is a ministry not an industry. “I never planned for this; I had no idea it would be like this. Some things would happen to some people and they would say it was dream come true. “In my own case, I didn’t even have any dream. I just wanted to make music for people around me to listen to. I just wanted to do what I loved and I was okay if it was just one person that would tell me my music touched his soul. God decided to bless me and take my music all over the world, I am grateful for it. “Gospel music is a ministry and it is not an industry. “If you are a gospel minister, you have to know you are in a ministry. If you are in it for the money, you may be disappointed. “It is not that you will not make money in the long run but that is not the focus, the focus is to preach the gospel of music through your music. “When your focus is to first do something that would sell, you would lose focus. If you want to do it for the business, then try secular music. “You need to be called to be a gospel artiste because you would have to endure when the money is not coming and you have to wait on the Lord and learn to use your faith. You would even be popular and you would still be climbing bikes.”
